BooklyFit Compared: What to Expect From a Booking Platform — and What Not To
This isn't a starred list of named competitors. We don't know other providers' pricing and roadmaps well enough to rate them individually and fairly, and a comparison that talks down the competition wouldn't help you make the actual decision anyway. Instead, we compare four categories that studios genuinely choose between in practice — and say as plainly as we can where BooklyFit fits, and where it doesn't.
The comparison

What you can specifically expect from BooklyFit
BooklyFit is built from the ground up for boutique gyms, CrossFit boxes, Pilates studios, and sports clubs — not for the broadest possible audience. That shows up in details generic booking SaaS usually doesn't carry: benchmark workouts and a leaderboard are built in, not an add-on module. The waitlist is part of every class booking, not optional. EU hosting is the default, not a pricier add-on tier. And the free tier is genuinely free, permanent, no credit card — not a 14-day trial that automatically converts to a charge.
What you can't expect (yet)
Equally important: BooklyFit doesn't currently support multiple locations under one account — if you run a chain with several branches, you'd need separate accounts today, which is a genuine limitation for that use case, not just a missing convenience. There's no phone support, only email and chat. And as a younger product, BooklyFit has a smaller third-party integration ecosystem than established boutique platforms, some of which have been on the market for over a decade.
If your studio runs a single location and the features above matter more to you than a huge integration library, BooklyFit is probably a good fit. If you need to manage a multi-location chain under one account, that's a good reason to keep looking right now — and we'd rather tell you that upfront than have you find out after signing up.
