Most gym owners are fully set up within a single afternoon. Create your profile, upload your logo, build your class schedule, and invite your first members, no technical knowledge required. Your members can start booking classes the same day.

Stripe is optional. You can run your gym (class scheduling, member management, attendance tracking, and community features) completely free without it. Connect Stripe only when you're ready to collect membership fees, set up recurring subscriptions, or accept drop-in payments online.

You create your own membership tiers (e.g. Basic, Premium, Unlimited) with custom pricing and weekly class limits. Members subscribe directly from their profile via Stripe Checkout, no manual invoicing. Monthly memberships run until the billing period ends; yearly memberships cancel immediately. Members can upgrade or downgrade themselves at any time.

BooklyFit automatically manages a waitlist. If a confirmed member cancels, the next person on the waitlist is instantly promoted and notified by email and push notification, zero manual work for you or your coaches. Drop-in guests are excluded from waitlists and can only book confirmed spots.

Absolutely. Under Settings → SMTP, you can plug in your own email server credentials (host, port, sender address) so all system emails (booking confirmations, cancellations, invoices) arrive from your gym's email address, not a generic platform address.
